Q: Why choose TravelBaby Bonaire?
A: TravelBaby Bonaire is the only baby equipment rental service on Bonaire. After multiple years of working in the travel and hospitality industry on Bonaire, and having a baby myself, I noticed that traveling with a baby and all that comes with it, is not always easy. Also, the equipment is often not properly sanitized after being used in hotels and rental cars.  I wanted to create a service that offers high quality and clean equipment, so you have everything you need while away from home. We want to make your vacation as care-free as possible.

Q: How far ahead should we make a reservation?
A: To ensure availability, we suggest you place your order as soon as your travel plans are confirmed. We do understand that sometimes plans can not be made until the last minute so we will do our best to accommodate your schedule and needs.

Q: How do we pay you?
A: You can either pay in cash or through wire transfer or Paypal. If you make your reservation when you are already on island and need quick delivery, you may pay us upon receipt of the rental. For future reservations, we will request a payment through PayPal or wire transfer in order to confirm the reservation.

Q: Do you offer discounts?
Yes, for rentals for 7 days or more, we offer special weekly rates.  

Q: Where do you deliver and how much does it cost?
A: We deliver free of charge in most areas on Bonaire. This could be a home, hotel or private vacation rental. There is a $10,- delivery fee for the airport and Rincon and all areas on Holidays and outside business hours.

Q: What is the cancellation policy?
A: You may cancel up to one week before the starting date of the reservation. If you did a payment already, you will be reimbursed the reservation amount minus a service and administration fee and any bank fees if applicable. For cancellations within 7 days of the starting date, there won’t be a refund.  

Q: Do you install car seats?
A: We are not authorized to install car seats. Manuals are available and we can provide instructions.

Q: What if I damaged or lost the equipment?
A: The equipment will be thoroughly inspected before it is handed to you and must be returned in the same condition as when you received it. You are responsible for any loss, theft, or destruction of the equipment for any cause during the rental period. If any equipment is returned (a) with evidence of vomit, food/drink residue(with exception of high chairs) or excrement or (b) smelling of smoke, you may be charged an additional cleaning fee. If any equipment is damaged (i.e., repair is reasonably feasible), you will be charged a reasonable amount for repair. If any equipment is lost, stolen, or otherwise not returned, or the equipment is destroyed (i.e., repair is not reasonably feasible), you will be charged the fair market value of the equipment plus.

Q: How do I place an order?

Q: Are the rentals clean?
A: Yes! All linens are laundered, cribs are wiped down with safe cleaning solutions for both the equipment and your baby. Other soft goods including car seat pads and harnesses are cleaned according to the manufacture guidelines.  Eating surfaces are scrubbed thoroughly.

Q: Do you provide linens for the crib?
A: Yes, each crib comes with a mattress, one fitted sheet and one bed sheet.
